Investigate your SuiteTalk SOAP web services and RESTlet requests to make sure they are being sent to the correct data center.
Sending your requests to the incorrect data center forces requests to be internally diverted, slowing down the system and adding time for requests to be fulfilled. NetSuite has scheduled several test windows that will shut down this internal proxy twice to identify scripts that still need your attention.
If you do not implement dynamic discovery methods and modify your SuiteTalk SOAP web services and RESTlet requests before the shutdown, these requests will fail during the test windows next week.
First Window: July 18th 2019
12:00am – 4:00am Pacific Daylight Time
Second Window: July 18th 2019
10:00am – 2:00pm Pacific Daylight Time
Do not delay: Use the appropriate service discovery methods in your web service or RESTlet. If using a dynamic discovery method is not possible, use your account-specific domain to ensure these requests are sent the correct location (where your account is hosted).

August 1, 2019: One 24-hour proxy shutdown test window
August 27, 2019: Proxy is shut down in all NetSuite accounts
